The AHA & ARC develops evidence-based guidelines and offers a variety of training programs tailored to different audiences, from the general public to healthcare professionals, with all courses leading to a 2-year certification card. M.E.T prepares your team for lifesaving skills and help your team gain the ability to complete their training when it's convenient for them without sacrificing quality. We offer training in person, on-site, online appointments Monday through Saturday between 8am and 8pm, You have the option to visit our office in Winston Salem NC, or we'll come to your location we will make it convenient for groups of 12 or more participants to be able to make them eligible to certify in CPR and first aid training.
